We’re sure you’re going to love your new Leband, but if you unpack it and find out that it somehow doesn’t meet your expectations and isn’t right for you, you should send us an email to email@example.com immediately, so we can check and authorize the return.
Cancellation or Changes
- Most orders ship the same day they’re placed, so please let us know immediately if you decide to cancel or change your order. If your order has not yet shipped and you need to change or cancel it,please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item has already shipped, we are unable to reroute shipments. In those cases, you will need to receive the order and then complete the returns proces
- We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product. Please contact us if you need additional time to return your order.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Items returned in other than “like new”condition will be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover repairs or part replacement. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Returned items are subject to inspection prior to issuing a refund.
- A refund will be issued the next day once the item has been inspected, which may take 4-6 days to be processed by your credit card provider.
- Orders made via 3rd-party sellers, including Amazon, are not eligible for our return policy.
Return shipping fees
A: Leband will cover the return shipping fees if:
- Your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship.
- -Your item has been damaged in transit.
- -You received the wrong item.
- -Your item was lost in transit.
Apart from requesting a return, you may email us as well so we may achieve a resolution plan that suits you better.
- Customers will cover the return shipping fees if:
- You don't like the item after receipt of it.
- You no longer need the item after receipt of it.
- Your order was misplaced due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. Incorrect address, product size, color, and style).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com
