For customers in the European Union, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada, you don’t need to worry about the customs fee. As for customers from the rest of the world, the customs fee will be charged according to the local laws and regulations.

We stand behind our products & services with confidence. The Leband electric sit-stand desk converter is covered under a 2-year limited warranty. The Leband lumbar back support and massage sticker are covered under 1-year warranty respectively. Please note that the warranty period complies with the applicable consumer laws in the consumer’s country of purchase required. We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkouAccording to Indiegogo's policy, you can request a refund in your account at any time before the project ends. Feel free to follow the guide from Indiegogo: https://support.indiegogo.com/hc/en-us/articles/213172367 After the project ends, we will lock the orders to prepare for shipment, the refund will not be allowed during the time of shipment. You can contribute a new perk and fill in the same shipping address. We will bundle your orders and ship them to you together. If the number of units you would like to purchase exceeds that of the perks we offer, you can always contact us at global@lebandsolution.com with your request.
